NEW SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!
You can now Mail your COMPLETED South Carolina Marriage License Appllication into my office....Must arrive 7 business days prior to your Wedding!
The TWO of you will have to be responsible for picking it up on time from the Horry County Probate Court before you can be married! Certified Mail is encouraged!
Instructions
1 Print out application and fill out according to instructions. Attached form CLICK HERE
2 In Front of a Notary Public Sign the application. (The application must be filled out and completed before you take it to the NOTARY!)
3 Obtain a $115.00 money order made out to Horry County Probate.
4 Copy each individual Driver's License and signed Social Security Card on separate papers and attach. Must be legible copies and application properly ..... filled out or it can NOT be turned in for you!
When all four things have been completed, mail all of the above to:

After we receive your properly completed documents and payments are received ($50.00 processing fee will be applied to your wedding package) we will file you Marriage license application for you. After your arrive in town, it will be your responsibility (South Carolina Law) to pick up your 3 issued marriage licenses at the probate office below: If you have any LEGAL Questions, you must call the appropriate Probate Office.
